Our team has been working on some changes to how custom fields work which will continue over the next few months. While much of this work is on the backend, there will be some improvements you can expect to notice. The first update you'll see is the ability to sort any column in the idea, initiative, and content catalogs.
You also may have noticed that deleted users show up as 'removed members' in catalog columns. This change was needed to address some data updates and may be tweaked again in the near future.
All of this work is meant to set up a better foundation for custom fields which will allow us to make even bigger enhancements in the future. This will include things like filter improvements, more choices over the types of fields that can be configured, the ability to group fields, and conditional formatting just to name a few.
