The configuration spreadsheet gathers all of the elements needed to successfully configure your Kapost instance. As we work together to develop the types of content, workflows, initiatives, and other important aspects of the platform, we will record these configurations in this spreadsheet, to ensure everything is setup properly.
The Kapost configuration spreadsheet enables us to work with you during the important initial phase of platform configuration. As the platform is prepared with the assistance of your CSM or Implementation Manager, you will also be trained to do these configurations yourself. Kapost allows for easy iteration of the platform, anything written down in the spreadsheet can be changed later on.
