Go to the App Center in your Settings area.
Scroll down below existing connections and select Install More Apps.
Select the Twitter icon.
You will be directed to a Twitter page to authenticate. If you are already signed in to your Twitter account, you will then be asked to allow permission. Click "Accept," and then your Twitter account will be connected to Kapost. If you are not already signed in to Twitter, you will be asked to enter your Twitter credentials and then asked to allow permission. Click "Accept," and then your Twitter will be connected to Kapost.
Once you've connected your accounts, you will then see Twitter modules on your posts pages. Any user who can write and edit the post will be able to edit the Twitter. Only allowed publishers can publish.
Kapost doesn’t support publishing videos to Twitter via the Kapost API, and the Twitter API only allows images of <= 5 MB.
When you're writing a message, you can insert the phrase "[URL]" into the tweet. If the post is published and you've inserted this phrase, then that phrase will be replaced with the published URL in the final message that appears on Twitter. For example, if you publish a post and the URL is "http://publishedpost.com/article.html" and you write a tweet in Kapost that reads, "Check out this new article: [URL]" then the final tweet that appears in Twitter will be "Check out this new article: http://publishedpost.com/article.html"
