Possible Reasons You Are Not Receiving Kapost Email Notifications

If you wish to be receiving Kapost email notifications but cannot figure out why you are not please read the list of possible reasons you might not be getting notified:

  1. Notifications may be going into your spam filter. Please check there just in case. 
  2. You may need to whitelist our email IP on your server.
  3. There are some email filters that filter us out - Postini, SpamAssassin, ASSP, DSPAM, SPAMfighter, to name a few.  If you are using any of those, you will need to whitelist our SendGrid IP.

 

If you are experiencing issues from number 2 or 3 above, please contact support@kapost.com to request the correct information to fix the problem. 

If none of the above reasons appear to be what is causing you to not receive notifications, please contact us at support@kapost.com and we will take a look at your email to see what's happening.
