How To Submit a Support Ticket And Log Into The Self Service Portal

Submit A Support Ticket

Steps to submit a bug or troubleshoot an issue with our Kapost Support team.

  1. Go to help.kapost.com.

  2. Click Submit a Support Ticket.

Please be sure to fill out as much information as possible.

  • Provide context of the bug and how it is impacting your use case.

  • Please visit www.whatsmybrowser.org and provide the URL.

  • Provide the URL of the piece of content or the URL of the area of the app where you are experiencing issues.

 

The Kapost Support SLA is 48 hours. We do our best to reply to all new tickets within 3-5 business hours.

 

Self Service Portal

Please create a login for our self service portal as it will help you:

  • View the status and reply to all Kapost support tickets, including tickets you are CC'd on .

  • View all Kapost support tickets company-wide.
  • Submit Comments and Follow Help Articles.

 

Steps to create a login to our Self Service Portal:

  1. Go to help.kapost.com.

  2. Click Sign In, located in the top right corner.

 

  1. Enter a Username and Password

    • Use the same username or email address you use to log into Kapost.

    • If you have submitted a ticket to Kapost Support before, click Get A Password.

    • If you haven’t submitted a ticket to Kapost Support, click Sign Up.

 



Once logged in, view and update all of your Kapost support tickets. Please reach out to your Kapost Customer Success Manager to gain a global view of all of your organization’s support tickets.

 

Steps to view your Kapost support tickets:

  1. Make sure you are logged into the Self Service Portal.

  2. Click My Activities.

 

This will display all of your Kapost support tickets and their current status.

 

Click the ticket title to display:

  • The Kapost support agent to which the ticket was assigned.

  • The history of communication.

  • The option to reply or add further information to the ticket.  

 

Click on the Requests I’m CC’d On button to see the support tickets you’ve been CC’d on.

Click on the Organization requests button to see all Kapost support tickets submitted by your organization. Contact your CSM to gain access to your organization's support tickets.
