- Since we are a large organization, educating people on how to use Kapost is difficult to do. We intend to grow Kapost to be company wide and with 250,000 employees this will prove to be difficult. Additionally if we aren't all aligned on how to use Kapost then the analytics are useless, as people will deviate due to lack of education.
We want to be able to provide workflow automation + valuable insights based on content and projects. When people deviate we cannot accomplish that. This is encountered in the workflow while submitting the, "idea" and filling out the content form.This impacts the whole team and whole company and will make or break our success with Kapost.
Being able to enable and edit tooltips would be an efficient way to solve this problem for us. I've attached an example of what we are looking for.
